Ace of Pentacles, reversed, and I don't even read reversals.
The Ace of Pentacles is the raw energy of the suit, which has to do with money, home, health, all manner of physical manifestations of the world. Reversed, at the very least, the card is a blockage of that energy, and the imagery looks to be that of giving coin away, something a single mom sure can't afford to do.
